Defendants: George Scott and wife, George Gee, Rowland Stout, Elizabeth Scott (junior), Isabella Scott, William Scott, George Scott (junior), Jane Scott, John Verty Scott, Joseph Scott, Thomas Walter Scott, Margaret Georgina Scott, Antonio Farelli, Isabella Hewson and William Metcalfe.
Amended by an order dated 23 May 1838: Antonio Farelli, Isabella Hewson and William Metcalfe removed as defendants.
