Plaintiffs: Leonora Coffin and others.

Defendants: Alexander Wilton Dashwood, John Middleton, Anna Auriol, Charles John Whyte, John Lewis Auriol Whyte, Fanny Eleanor Rosslewin, Louisa Walker, Elizabeth Walker and Frederick Coffin.

Amended by an order dated 11 Mar 1841: Charles James Auriol and Elizabeth Hamilton added as defendants.
