Plaintiffs: William Dougal Christie and others.

Defendants: Rawson Boddam Crozier, William Boswell Torlasse Crozier, Gideon Colquhoun (senior), Gideon Colquhoun (junior), Philip Elliott Farnall and wife, Harry Burrard Farnall, Mary Christie and Kitty Crozier otherwise Katherine Crozier.

Amended by an order dated 10 Jan 1840: Elliot Christie Charles Farnall added as a defendant.
