Amended by an order dated 20 Mar 1824: William Smallwood, Charles Richardson (junior), John Crowder, John Pittman, Ellen Smallwood, William Froome Smallwood, Mary Anne Woodhatch, William Gould (senior), William Gould (junior), Christopher Daniel Hayes, William Dooland, Thomas Dollman, Samuel Dollman and Isaac Froome (junior) removed as defendants.
