Reports grant of leave of absence to the Reverend Mr Austin, a delegate of the Barbados Defence Association. Colonial Office minutes and an extract from the Barbados Agricultural Reporter of Friday 10 March 1876 only in item; despatch printed for Parliament as C 1539 of 1876.
