Plaintiffs: Samuel Peters and another.
Defendants: Martin Williams, Charles Nicolas Palmer, George Chambers and wife, Richard Peters, John Plummer, Nicholas Ashton, William Fowle, William Haygarth, Herbert Newton Jarrett, Samuel Barrett and John Willis.
Amended by an order dated 26 Apr 1825: Thomas Rawson (junior), Richard Pilfold, George Hibbert, William Hibbert, Samuel Hibbert, James Scarlett and George Crawford Ricketts added as defendants. Nicholas Ashton and Herbert Newton Jarrett removed as defendants.
