Amended by an order dated 26 Apr 1825: Thomas Rawson (junior), Richard Pilfold, George Hibbert, William Hibbert, Samuel Hibbert, James Scarlett and George Crawford Ricketts added as defendants. Nicholas Ashton and Herbert Newton Jarrett removed as defendants.
