Plaintiffs: Sir Gerard Noel Noel and another.

Defendants: Benjamin Bewley, John Champion Waller, William Oaks Blunt and Sir Charles Burrell Blount (abroad).

Amended by an order dated 14 Aug 1823: John Apsley Dalrymple (abroad), Richard John Grant (abroad) and Richard Samuel Whyte (abroad) added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 25 Jun 1825: Richard John Grant (abroad) and Richard Samuel Whyte (abroad) removed as defendants.
