Plaintiffs: Adkin Jallands Gilliat.
Defendants: Catherine Sarah Roe, John Maunsey, Thomas John Roe, Thomas Denman and wife, Catherine Amelia Roe and James Roe.
Amended by an order dated 11 February 1836: Joseph Moore and wife, Catherine Harriet Moore, William Kenton Baillie, John Dymoke and George Moore added as defendants. Catherine Amelia Roe and John Maunsey removed as defendants.
