Defendants: Susannah Ashworth widow, Robert Rider, Andrew Tomlin, Lydia Ashworth, Sarah Ashworth, James Ashworth and wife, William Parkinson, John Parkinson, Bridget Parkinson, George Parkinson, Sarah Parkinson, John Bispham, Samuel Walker and wife, John Frith, Sarah Frith, Maria Frith, William Frith, Rachael Frith, Mary Frith, Frances Frith, Martha Frith, Lydia Frith, Ann Bispham, John Hardiman, William Hardy, James Birch, Samuel Marsden and John Walker.

Amended by order dated 31 Oct 1812: William Parkinson and Ann Bispham removed as defendants.

Amended by order dated 28 Jun 1813: Elizabeth Bispham added as defendants.

Revived Michaelmas 1815.
