Amended by order dated 26 March 1811: Samuel Griffith and the Earl of Gainsborough removed as defendants, John Sibley and Gerard Noel Noel added as defendants.
[The title Earl of Gainsborough was in abeyance 1798-1841 when it was granted to the son of Gerard Noel Noel.]
