Cumberland to Newcastle: a messenger of M del Puerto, the Spanish ambassador, fell in with a Hanoverian party between Breda and Antwerp. He had no passport, so they took their letters [SP 87/24/33, 34], which were copied and then returned to them. The army's preparations are still behindhand. Dated at The Hague. ff. 94, 95
