He believes they are at full strength, and recommends payment of the balance of the subsidy. The French corps have rejoined between Tongres and Bilsen. The king is at Leeuwen. The prince of Orange's request to put Croats into Maastricht, and reasons why it cannot be done. Dated at headquarters at Herenhout. ff. 336-338
