Description

Cumberland to Chesterfield: the army is encamped in two lines behind the Nete river, and bridges have been built for an advance on Mechelen or Leuven. He encloses a copy of his instructions to the prince of Saxe Hilburghausen [SP 87/22/132]. Dated at camp at 'Bauwel'. ff. 258, 259
