General de la Roque to Cumberland: he is mortified at the delay to Major General Fuller's troops, and quotes from a letter from him. Roque wrote him a second letter assuring him of the adequacy of the quarters. The French will take Sas van Gent that day, but he has sent artillerymen to Philippine. Dated at Hulst. ff. 198,199
