He encloses the whole of the correspondence between himself, General de la Roque and Major General Fuller [SP 87/22/93-113]. Account of his visit to Hulst. Incompetence of de la Roque and Fuller. Desertion of French Pandours. [In cipher] he fears the siege of Antwerp is no longer feasible. Election of Prince of Orange as Stadholder. Dated at headquarters at 'West Maal'. ff. 186-189
