Cumberland to the states of Zealand: he is aware of the danger in which the province finds itself, and has ordered Waldeck to send six battalions and some squadrons. He has also arranged for two warships to patrol the Scheldt estuary. His main object is to safeguard all the provinces of the republic. Dated at headquarters at Tilburg. ff. 148, 149
