Memoir on the exchange of prisoners: enclosing a letter [SP 87/22/9] from Newcastle to van Hoeij, Dutch ambassador to France, and the reply to it by d'Argenson [SP 87/22/10]. Since both kings desire the immediate implementation of the cartel, it remains only to execute their orders. Delay attendant on moving French prisoners from Scotland and the north of England. English prisoners to be sent to Antwerp. ff. 14-16
