Ligonier [to Harrington]: the French have assembled their forces behind Louvain; some reports say they have raised the siege of Charleroi. He has been given a list of [Austrian] battalions which he will not send by this post. Request for promotion of Major Lesley.. Dated at camp at 'Borkloen'. PS. by Richard Cox that the march has been postponed by a day because of the excessive heat. ff. 242, 243
