Dunmore to Harrington: he has recovered from his illness. The sloop with his baggage has been stopped by a Dutch frigate at Lillo, which has arrested the master and sent him to Middelburg for trial. He is awaiting the result of Trevor's representations to the states general. The army is completely without field artillery. Arrival of Bathiani. Dated at Bergen op Zoom. ff. 136, 137
