Description

Dunmore to Harrington, acknowledging his orders for troop movements. He will attempt to get permission from the states [general] to land the dragoons at Antwerp. In the absence of orders to the contrary, he will send the field artillery to the river [Thames]. Requirement for a junior general officer to assist his successor. Dated at Helvoetsluys. ff. 114, 115
