Description

[Colonel] John Stewart [to Harrington]: the embarkation is complete and he hopes the convoy will sail that evening. 'His Highness' [Prince Frederick of Hesse] is transferring to the Gibraltar. He offers his services as quartermaster general to the Hessians. He encloses details of the embarkation [SP 87/20/57]. Dated aboard the yacht Catherine off Helvoet. ff. 97, 98
