Dunmore to Harrington: departure of the convoy with the Hessians from Willemstad. He will embark the British cavalry as fast as possible, hoping for the arrival of an escort. Reports that Fitzjames's regiment with their horses and two regiments of Irish foot have embarked at Ostend. He encloses a copy of an intercepted letter from the French chief engineer at Brussels [SP 87/20/44]. Imminent arrival of [Austrian] hussars from the Rhine. Dated at Antwerp. ff. 95, 96
