Dunmore to Harrington: the town of Vilvoorde has fallen, but not the castle. Waldeck has sent four battalions and a cavalry regiment of Dutch to Mechelen. The Hessians will soon be embarked, but he fears they may have to wait for the return of the escort. The Prince [Frederick] of Hesse will shortly leave for Willemstad, and he for Breda.
