Prince Frederick of Hesse [to Harrington]: he has given orders to his troops to be ready to march at short notice to be embarked for Scotland, or wherever the king may choose. As he wishes to accompany them, he accepts with pleasure the offer of a yacht or other vessel to transport him. He has such confidence in Harrington's generosity that he sees no need to add to what Councillor Alt will represent to him on subsistence etc. for the troops. Dated at Antwerp. ff. 9, 10
