Cumberland to Newcastle: as the garrison of Ostend could not be embarked for England, and the king will be at Helvoetsluys next day, he will consult his orders for making a detachment to Britain. His doubts on the need for such a detachment, given the desperate nature of the pretender's son's venture. The arms for the released prisoners are coming in too slowly.
