Description

Short title: Turner v Reed.

Document type: answer only.

Plaintiffs: William Turner and others.

Defendants: John Kemys, Gardner Kemys, Providence Haward (?) and wife, Susannah Margaret Gardner Kemys, John Waring, Thomas Jones, James George Preston Edgar and William Reed.

Amended by order of 26 March 1805: John Wiltshire added as defendant.
