Short title: Tarleton v Mackenzie.

Document type: Answer only.

Plaintiffs: John Tarleton and others.

Defendants: Mark Dyer and wife, Kenneth Francis McKenzie (abroad), Henry Percy Hamer (abroad), Lambert Blair, John Wilson and John McCarnon.

Amended by order of 24 February 1829: William Attwick Hamer (abroad) and Michael Harrier (abroad) added as defendants.

Revived and Supplementary bill Hilary 1826 plaintiffs name Barnes.

A demurrer not identified
