Description

Forwards a memo from the Nonconformists asking that ministers from all denominations be allowed to perform funeral services in the Parish Church Yards; encloses a printed copy of A Bill entitled"An Act to amend the Burial Laws". The memo is signed by the four members of the Committee for the Memorialists, Alexander M. Oudney, Broderick E. Dickenson, Nathaniel Vesey, and Aubery J Hodsdon.
