Description

Transmits a letter from the agent of the Quebec Steamship Company, which carries mail between Bermuda and New York. Explains that the contract with the company will end on March 31 1886 and recommends that the application of the company for a new contract be considered. Encloses a copy of the contract for steam communication between Bermuda and New York.
