Suspension of Mr E K Moylan. Forwards despatch from Lieutenant Governor Dundas acknowledging instructions from the Colonial Office that letters from Mr Moylan addressed to the Secretary of State should not be forwarded to London if they deal with more than one subject. Dundas reports that he has received two letters from Moylan addressed to the Secretary of State but has not yet had time to read and report on them.
