Reports that Mr E K Moylan has been suspended from his official duties as police magistrate on two charges: for having contributed an article to the St Vincent Witness commenting on Government measures; and for having been guilty of falsehood in denying that he had done so. Recommends his dismissal. With various enclosures including a cutting from the St Vincent Witness and minutes of a meeting of the Executive Council held on Thursday 21 October 1875.
