Reports further 'frivolous and vexatious attacks' by Mr Moylan on Lieutenant Governor Dundas and the Attorney General of St Vincent. With copies of correspondence between Mr Moylan and the Colonial Secretary, Mr E D Laborde, and Dundas's comments on that correspondence, and original letters from Moylan to Freeling. A range of subjects covered include supposed breach of the law regarding 'coolie' interpreters, Moylans allegations about the ill-treatment of Indian migrant workers, a complaint by a Mr Parkinson that Mr Moylan has given judgement against him in a petty debt case for a wrong amount, and Moylan's contribution of articles to the St Vincent Witness.
