Nature of request
The executors request a remedy by oyer and terminer concerning the cloth, fur and merchandise with which they charged the boat of Trufle at St Omer to bring it into England. When they were entering the Thames, the boat was assailed by William Punche and others in a boat called the Blythe of Westminster, who carried away their goods.
