The petitioners request that the commission of the peace purchased by the mayor and bailiffs of Lincoln be repealed.
Nature of endorsement
It is accorded in parliament that both the commission and all other similar commissions of the peace etc. newly made and used within cities and boroughs throughout the realm all be repealed.
