Note (Additional information about the record)
- CPR 1321-4 p.18 is dated 20 August 1321: but is not immediately relevant. CFR 1319-27 p.90 is dated 22 January 1322. However, the petitioner's son died on 31 December 1324, by which time Richard was already dead (CIPM vol. VI, no.714). The petition must therefore date from between 1322 and 1324.
