Richard de Lymesy, who was imprisoned with Hugh Daudeleye at York and elsewhere as an adherent of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, asks that his lands in Warwickshire, which are in the king's hand, might be delivered to him, together with the issues received from them in the meantime.

Note
CPR 1321-4 p.18 is dated 20 August 1321: but is not immediately relevant. CFR 1319-27 p.90 is dated 22 January 1322. However, the petitioner's son died on 31 December 1324, by which time Richard was already dead (CIPM vol. VI, no.714). The petition must therefore date from between 1322 and 1324.
