Arnold Loup, Lord of Estibeaux, asks the King and council to enter into a partnership with him to build a bastide on his land of Ozourt.

This petition is to be sent in a writ of the king of Chancery to John de Havering, Seneschal of Gascony, so that, when he has called the Constable and others of the king's council in those parts, he is to inform the Prince of what is best to be done.

Malcolm Vale discusses this petition on p.154 of The Angevin Legacy and the Hundred Years War, 1250-1340, (Oxford 1990), where he dates it to 1305. This tallies with the reference to John de Havering, Seneschal of Gascony and the instruction in the endorsement to inform the Prince.
