- Richard de Lue requests payment for various goods acquired by him for the king's benefit and at his command in the eighth year of his reign, and delivered by him to John de Ditton for the work at Windsor, as the king has ordered that he be paid before now and nothing has been done.

- This petition mentions goods provided in 8 Edward II (8 July 1314 - 7 July 1315). However, both the French endorsement and the fact that payment has been ordered before suggest that this petition dates from some time after this date.The petitioner is presented with a living for his long service on 25 June 1322 (CPR 1321-1324, p. 141).
