John Lotewych complains that he has been kept out of his right and inheritance, and out of his country, for four years, and is still kept out, by Richard le Cleet, bailiff of Hugh le Despenser the father in Berkshire, by means of menaces, false pleas and false conspiracies, and by Despenser's lordship.
Nature of endorsement
If he is out of his land, he is to sue at common law.
