Henry Prodhome states that on the Saturday before St Luke, in the king's seventh year, a number of men from Great Yarmouth came to Little Yarmouth with force and arms, and carried off to Great Yarmouth several ships moored at his quay, together with herring bought by him. He requests that justices be assigned by the king and council to hear and determine this trespass, and that a due remedy might be provided.
