- The petitioner asks for a writ to the justices of king's bench to engross a final agreement he made with Nicholas de Huntercombe according to the terms of a certain bond. He states that he brought a writ against Huntercome on which he had a writ in chancery to Scrope, by virtue of which Scrope bound Huntercombe to appear before Bereford and his then associate justices of king's bench, and Huntercombe has not appeared.
