- The petitioner seeks leave to pursue his case in king's bench. He shows that Richard de Waldegrave was lately held to Servat in £11 6s 8d and the petitioner impleaded John de Waldegrave by bill in the eyre of Northampton before Scrope and his associates. John de Waldegrave did not attend the enquiry and manoeuvred such that the plea was remanded into king's bench.
