Nature of request
The petitioner seeks a writ to the king's justices of Buckinghamshire preventing his younger brother from obtaining livery of seisin in his father's tenements. He shows that he is the son and right heir of William de Lutton and due entry into his father's tenements, which Thomas (his younger brother) has entered by deceitful plea. The tenements are in the custody of the king's escheator, where the petitioner asks that they remain until the common law decides.
