For the maintenance of the peace the petitioner seeks a writ of oyer and terminer to Travers and Hornby to enquire into certain trespasses as the law demands. He states that Banaster and other wrongdoers captured and imprisoned the petitioner and his men, and beat and wounded others to the great damage and injury of the petitioner and his men.
