The petitioners seek the return of certain wagons for the carriage of wood in Bestwood Forest and the confirmation of the terms of their foundation charter, made of the Honour of Peveril and confirmed by kings of England. Nevertheless, Eland and Strellay deprived the petitioners of certain wagons in Bestwood Forest.
