- The petitioner shows that the king's father, by commission of the Exchequer, leased to the petitioner the land of Willey Hay for £10 each year, from which force and arms ousted him. Nevertheless, the barons of the Exchequer still pursue him through the law for payment of his farm, for which reason he is now detained in the Fleet Prison and seeks a remedy from the king.
