- 1) The petitioners show that the king's officers have distrained them at will without writs and fined them in such inquests without writs, and they seek a remedy therein.2) The petitioners state that the king's officers take payments from the tenants when they are provided or when they sell their tenements etc., and they seek a remedy therein.1)

- For the first petition, let them have a writ according to the statutory form; proceed in respect thereof.2) For the second petition, let them have a writ that the officers take no payments from the king's tenants; the same for those who hold of the king in demesne.
