- The petitioner seeks damages of £200 for the time that the king's keeper of the petitioner's manors, Adam Halfnakede, abused his office in the manor of Alvington, and of £20 for his taking of a palfrey from the same manor. Halfnakede continues to levy revenue from the said manors by colour of his office contrary to the terms of his warrant from the king.
