1) The petitioner seeks recovery of all manner of issues from the above manors in Lincolnshire from the first day that they were taken into the king's hands until delivery of the manors was made by the king's writ, including £57 3s 4d from the tenants, taken by Breton and rendered on his account in the exchequer.2) The petitioner seeks the same from the manor of Swaton in Lincolnshire, including sums taken by Breton and rendered on his account in the exchequer.

An order to the treasurer and barons of the exchequer that they scrutinise the accounts of the lands held by the sheriff of Lincoln, and if they are as stated in the petition [then] she is to have justice.
