Dated 1302 on the guard; see also Frost, Hull, p.50.The petition can be dated to 1302 by the inquisitions held in response to another of the petitions that was cut from this entry (CIM 1219-1307, no.1918; SC 8/63/3147). In addition, the petition forms a group of petitions from the same petitioner cut up from a roll submitted to the Summer parliament of 1302 (Cf. SC 8/36/1797, SC 8/63/3147 and SC 8/315/E177).
