- The petitioner asks for a writ to the treasurers and barons of the exchequer that they grant him arrears of £53 6s 8d as the sum the receiver of Tutbury, William Dauy (at that time also the king's receiver) made on the sale of 160 woolsacks that rightfully belonged to the petitioner. Officials of the then king seized property worth £500 belonging to the petitioner in error from Tutbury Castle after the dispute between the king's father and Thomas of Lancaster.
